Every conversion starts from the concentration of your reconstituted solution, which is fixed the moment you add the water:
concentration (mcg/mL) = vial mass (mg) × 1000 ÷ water volume (mL)
A measured volume then converts to mass by multiplying by the concentration, and a target mass converts to volume by dividing by it. On a 0.01 mL scale, 100 units equal 1 mL, so the tool reports both mL and units.
