Research use only
All products supplied by Argon Vials are research-grade compounds intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, ingestion, injection, or any therapeutic, diagnostic, or cosmetic application. By placing an order you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or laboratory professional, that you are at least 18 years of age, and that you will use the products only for lawful in-vitro research.
No therapeutic claims
Argon Vials makes no representation that any product is safe or effective for any purpose other than laboratory research, and makes no therapeutic, medical, or health claims of any kind. Any information provided on this site, including in the knowledge base, is general scientific information for researchers and is not advice.
Orders, pricing and acceptance
All prices are shown in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, where pricing has been listed in error, or where we believe an order is not for legitimate research use. Where an order is cancelled before dispatch, any payment taken will be refunded.
Eligibility and intended customers

- Products are supplied to qualified researchers and laboratories only.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of any product complies with all laws and institutional requirements that apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Argon Vials is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the misuse of any product, including any use outside of in-vitro laboratory research. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, product photography, and Certificates of Analysis presentation, is the property of Argon Vials or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
