Refund eligibility
Because these are research compounds, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds on opened or used product for safety and integrity reasons. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. A refund or replacement applies where an order arrives damaged, faulty, not as described, or where a confirmed order is not delivered — and, more broadly, wherever a consumer guarantee entitles you to a remedy.
How to request a refund
- Contact us with your order reference — ideally within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery), though a delay does not remove your consumer-guarantee rights.
- Include a description and, where possible, a photo of the issue.
- We will review and respond with a resolution — replacement or refund — for the issue.
Refund processing and timeframes
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds are processed promptly once approved; the time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider.
- We will confirm by email when a refund has been issued.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched it is handled under the damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described terms above.
Payment disputes and chargebacks
If you believe there is a problem with a charge, contacting us first with your order reference is usually the fastest way to a resolution, and we are happy to refund or replace any qualifying issue. You remain free to raise a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider at any time, and doing so does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your consumer rights
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that applies to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
