Dispatch and processing
Orders are processed and dispatched from within Australia. We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within one business day of payment being confirmed. Once an order is dispatched you will receive a notification with tracking details.
Shipping and delivery
- We ship within Australia using a tracked carrier service.
- Free express shipping is available on qualifying research orders, as shown at checkout.
- Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location; tracked transit within Australia is typically a few business days.
- Orders are packaged in plain, protective outer packaging appropriate for research compounds.
Tracking your order
A tracking reference is included in your dispatch notification so you can follow your order through to delivery.
Returns and refunds
Because these are research compounds, we do not offer change-of-mind returns on opened or used product for safety and integrity reasons. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: if your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy. Please contact us with your order reference and details and we will arrange a replacement, refund, or repair as appropriate. Contacting us promptly — ideally within 7 days of delivery — helps us resolve the issue quickly, but does not limit any consumer guarantee that applies to your order.
Damaged or incorrect items
- Contact us with your order reference — sooner is better, but a delay does not remove your consumer-guarantee rights.
- Include a description and, where possible, a photo of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement, refund, or repair for damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not-as-described items.
Your consumer rights
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that applies to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
