Every batch is independently tested by a third-party laboratory using HPLC and LC-MS. The Certificate of Analysis is published on the product page (or available on request for batches pending publication), so you can verify the purity figures yourself before ordering. Bank transfer and PayID are direct, secure and surcharge-free. You pay from your own banking app — we never see or store your banking login. Your order is reserved when you place it and confirmed automatically the moment your transfer arrives.
Your transfer is matched to your order by its payment reference — usually the same or next business day. You get a confirmation email the moment it clears, your order is dispatched from our Australian facility within 24 hours, and a second email with an Australia Post tracking number follows at dispatch.
Orders ship by tracked express post from within Australia — typically 1–3 business days after payment clears, depending on your state. Express shipping is free on orders over $300.
Every order ships in plain, protective outer packaging suitable for laboratory delivery. Lyophilised peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the short transit window.
Use the Track Order page with your order reference (AR-…) and the email you ordered with. Once dispatched, your tracking number links straight to Australia Post.
